GETA WOODEN SANDALS
Geta are traditional Japanese wooden sandals with a raised base. Highly skilled craftsmen carve and polish each wooden sandal by hand, producing organic shapes which are both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
The contemporary geta in this photograph were specially commissioned through Artika International by Akira Isogawa.
