TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Artika International is happy to exchange goods which are faulty or the wrong size. Requests for exchange must be received by Artika International within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods.
2) Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Artika International reserves the right to reject a request for exchange if the returned goods are not in an acceptable condition.
3) Artika International is not responsible for goods lost during return shipping.
4) The buyer accepts that these hand-made goods may exhibit slight variations in colour, shape and texture from the photograph or description. Such variations are not sufficient cause for rejection of the goods by the buyer. |
